Use case · Mechanical design
Aircraft, robots, engines — and the parts inside them.
An unmanned helicopter down to its swashplate, a survey drone with its general-arrangement drawing, an underwater ROV and a six-wheeled rover; a radial engine turned through 720° by a motion study. All built, checked and documented in Kozorosa.

The workflow
From part to mechanism to shop.
- Parts from constrained sketches, features and a parts library of gears, threads, bolts and springs.
- Assemblies with revolute and slider joints, gear and cam links, and motor-driven studies.
- Checks: interference and clearance analyses, mass and inertia, plain-language requirements.
- Proof: static stress and modal analysis on the parts that carry load.
- Output: drawings with section and detail views, toolpaths and G-code, STEP for your suppliers.

Real products, modelled part by part.

Nereid R6 underwater ROV
185 bodies in six components: HDPE frame, ABS shell, a 6061 pressure housing behind an acrylic dome, six thrusters, syntactic-foam buoyancy rated for 300 m.

Pathfinder UGV-6 rover
Six wheel stations with hub motors, trailing arms and coil-overs; a 48 V LiFePO4 pack, stereo cameras, LiDAR and a pan-tilt EO/IR mast.

Kestrel S2 survey drone
A 2.2 m fixed-wing with a pusher motor and a 2-axis gimbal — and a general-arrangement drawing projected from the model.

5010 brushless motor
129 bodies, the housing at 30 % opacity to check the magnets clear the stator.
