HelpPricingDownloadFoundryThe quickest way is from inside Kozorosa: the report button in the top bar sends what you write and a picture of your screen straight to the team that builds it, and gives you a reference to follow.
1 · In the application
It sits in the top bar, beside the assistant. Your screen is captured as you click, before the dialog covers it.
2 · Describe it
What you did, and what you expected instead. Mark the picture: highlight what matters, hide anything private.
3 · Send it, or keep it
Send goes straight to the team and gives you a reference. Download saves the same report as a file to send later, from this page or by email.
Or tell the assistant what went wrong: it drafts the report for you to check, and sends nothing until you do.
The file Download saved — its name starts with kozorosa-report. It is sent exactly as it is: open it in any text editor to see what it holds.
The application shows the status of what you sent under Report an issue → Your reports. A report sent from this page is followed here, with its reference and its key.
Read by a person
Every report goes to the team that builds Kozorosa. We answer by email when you give an address and say we may.
Only what you saw
A report holds what the dialog showed you before you sent it: your words, the picture, and technical details of the application. Never your model files.
