NewTimber, steel, CLT, stairs and roofing modules

Model it.
Prove it.
Make it.

Push a face like a sketch, constrain it like an engineer, then send out the drawing, the stress study, the G-code or the joinery file. One studio on an exact B-rep kernel — with an AI agent that can use every tool you can.

Kozorosa for Mac from €13 a month or €229.99 for good. Self-hosted for teams with Foundry.

An electric bike open in Kozorosa: the tool rail on the left, the bike in the 3D view, and its eighteen interference and clearance analyses in the browser on the right.
240+

Modeling actions in one catalogue — the same ones for the interface, the API, Python and the agent.

70

Tools on the rail, from Line and Push/Pull to Loft, Shell and Draft.

10 → 14

File formats in and out: STEP, IGES, BREP, STL, 3MF, glTF, IFC, DXF and more.

7

Construction modules: timber, timber frame, CLT, steel, light-gauge steel, stairs, roofing.

The studio

Everything between the idea and the workshop.

Most tools make you choose: a sketcher that cannot hold a tolerance, or a parametric modeler where nothing moves until everything is declared. Kozorosa is both, on one timeline — and it keeps going after the model is done.

01 — Model

Direct and parametric

SketchUp's tools and inference for speed; constrained sketches, solid features and a timeline you can roll back for precision.

Modeling

02 — Assemble

Assemblies that move

Components, seven joint types, gears, belts, cams and motors — and motion studies that chart, trace and catch clashes.

Assemblies & motion

03 — Document

Drawings that stay true

ISO and ANSI sheets with projected, section and detail views. Dimensions follow their edges when the model changes.

Drawings

04 — Prove

Stress and vibration

Linear static and modal analysis meshed from the exact geometry, with the limits of the method written down.

Simulation

05 — Make

Toolpaths and G-code

Facing, pockets, adaptive clearing, drilling and 3D parallel, simulated by material removal and posted for GRBL, LinuxCNC or Fanuc.

CAM

06 — Show

Materials and scenes

Textures at real scale, saved scenes, styles, section planes and an AI concept render for the client meeting.

Motion studies

Turn the crank. Watch everything follow.

The radial engine's crankshaft is driven through two full turns, one degree at a time. Pistons, master and link rods, cams, pushrods and all ten valves follow their joints, and clash detection runs alongside.

  • Joints and links — revolute, slider, gear and cam — picked on the real geometry.
  • Charts and traces of any joint, and clashes reported the moment they happen.
  • Out as video or animated glTF. This film is the study exported as animated glTF, two degrees a frame.

AI agents

An agent that uses the same tools you do.

Every operation in Kozorosa is an action in one catalogue — the interface calls it, and so can an agent. The built-in assistant models with you; Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and other agents connect over MCP in one click.

  • AI mode. Put the tools away and describe the part: the assistant plans it, asks about the design, builds it and checks it while you point, orbit and measure.
  • Proposals, not surprises. An agent's change appears as a ghost in the viewport; you approve or reject it.
  • Skills. Teach it your way of working — your organisation's, or your own.
  • Python. A console runs a script against the model as one edit and one undo step.

Pick AI mode. The rail goes away; a thin bar keeps Select, the camera tools and the measuring tools, and the assistant opens docked beside the view. On an empty model, a card asks what you want to design and offers a few starters. How to

Two ways to run it

On your Mac. Or on your servers.

Kozorosa for Mac is the whole studio on your own machine — the kernel, the database and the server inside the app, your files on your disk. Teams that want the web version run Foundry on their own infrastructure.
